Senior Manager of Software Engineering
Rommel Pesigan is a Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Shield AI, where he leads the Android team. He has nearly two decades of software development and engineering experience, having spent the last 7 years focused on mobile application development for the Android platform. Prior to joining Shield AI, Rommel was heavily involved in the production of the GoPro Android app for camera connectivity, video streaming, and User Interface / User Experience (UI/UX) design integration. He also led the production of the Slacker Radio Android app, a radio service that gives users live and on-demand music service. Rommel earned his Masters of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering and his Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering from UCSD.
